At PBA we work together with the Owner and the community to evaluate the needs and establish goals to create a collaborative vision for the long term plan of a facility. Many things are accomplished through our process of Master Planning:

We also offer FACILITY EVALUATIONS. A Facility Evaluation creates a factual overview of the building's physical condition and the costs associated with the facility's needs.
