This development, consisting of 20 assisted living residences and a commons area, can be expanded to 30 units. The project was initiated with a site master plan that allows for further development of 14 independent living units. The facility, built of wood frame construction, features one-bedroom and studio units.
Meals are served in a communal dining room. Residents share a large living room and have access to a separate library, activity parlor, beauty shop, laundry, private dining room and sitting porch.
